Serving at the State & Federal Court Levels

Since 2007, Walt Tollison has served in both State and Federal Court matters as either the Receiver or Counsel to the Receiver.  The majority of these cases involve criminal Ponzi/financial frauds schemes and involved losses in the millions of dollars.

Each case was unique and required a thorough understanding of the law regarding asset recovery, forfeiture, and equitable theories of distribution.
